1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp strawberries, sliced
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups crushed pineapple
3 eggs
1 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 cups sliced peaches
In a medium saucepan combine milk, egg, strawberries, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pineapple. Shake vigorously, and let cool.
In a small saucepan, brown sugar over low heat. Stir in bananas for 5 minutes. Beat in lemon juice, and mix well. Pour into a casserole dish. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, process peach slices in an electric blender, lightly beating with water until translucent. Beat in lemon juice and white sugar. Mix with peaches. Serve as a lunch item or spread over a matching butter cup.
