Blueberry Sauce II Recipe


1 cup water

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon Dijon hot pepper sauce

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup sweet vinegar

3 tablespoons brown sugar


In a large saucepan, bring water, sugar, salt, butter or palm and mustard to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add hot pepper sauce and cook until vol. Remove from heat. While mixture is warm, whisk together blueberries and sweet vinegar. Immediately pour over prepared sauce.

This is really good! I didn't have Cinnimon, but followed it otherwise. This is why I follow this recipe: to crisp up the dough. When I do, the dough turns into a nice ball and when it's cool, it forms into a nice even texture.
