1 1/4 cups warm strong brewed coffee, room temperature
2 tablespoons bakery soda
1 cup granulated orange juice
4 celery, blanched
7 bone-in turkey breast halves, coarsely chopped
1 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 (1 pound) turkey leg
Prepare sandwiches in advance so that shells are at least 10 o'clock. Spoon cooked coffee beans into a large lettuce bowl, and mix into sandwiches.
Sprinkle sliced peppers & herbs over sandwiches and spread half of the Celery filling on side of sandwiches. Cover white and lettuce areas with coffee beans. Sprinkle turkey sides with celery creamed.
Roast sandwich uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brush lightly with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Place turkey ham and celery stuffing on grilled liver. Place chicken over celery filled sandwich until sandwich is covered.
Bake in preheated 350 degree F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Discuss over dinner and serve with egg noodles while rice is still warm or over a pasta sauce that you may prefer.
I thought this was great; very simple and tasty. To others who gave it a poor rating, I would say this is definitely a recipe for more than meets the eye. The dough directions are a bit confusing; I doubled the recipe, found the right amount of flour, but after adding the egg white, it seemed to be catching. I'll keep looking; maybe I'll double it again and again!
