1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons dried basil
8 leaves spinach, stemmed leaves at top
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and rosemary. Stir briefly, but add salt and basil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Combine spinach, salt and basil and spray on both sides with vegetable oil. Place spinach over every part of tortilla. Top with cheese and refrigerate covered until chilled. Serve hot.
