1/3 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
2 cups chopped peaches
1 (3 ounce) package frozen green grapes, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix peach preserves, orange juice, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Mix well. Shape into 1 serving size.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, lemon zest and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, blend pineapple juice, pineapple, peach preserves and peach preserves. Mix well. Shape into serving size.
Pour vinegar into a large saucepan and mix with peach preserves mixture. Refrigerate over night.
In a medium bowl, mix mashed peaches, green grapes and pineapple juice. Mix well.
