1 packet instant corn muffin mix
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a muffin pan or 15x16x1 big baking dish with waxed paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, black sugar, brown sugar, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix well and pour batter into prepared pan.
Place about 1 2 teaspoons brown sugar in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch square pan.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes; brown topping should be warm.
While muffin is baking, dissolve vanilla extracts in brown sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Fill bottom of prepared pan with muffins.
