2 cups butterscotch chips
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups unsalted butter
3 cups confectioners' sugar
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, stir together butterscotch chips and flour. Add butter, confectioners sugar, and eggs one at a time, beating after each. Stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture, one at a time. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; put back onto prepared cookie sheets.
