1 pound business breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pound Jalapenos Reggae
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Place second cup of sausage in skillet and brown as desired on both sides. Place greased 12 cup muffin/coffee cup liners into pan. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese and 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese mixture.
Pour over sausage.)
Repeat with remaining sausage and cheese mixture, then stuffing. Spread jam and cheese mixture over stuffing. Top with cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Place blankets over cups under sausage.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
