I actually had half the cake and was wondering what to do with it. I used a pastry cutter and cut down the sides only. I felt like I had ruined the cake and would prefer to leave it as is but I did try and fry the cakes in one layer on the bottom and they were good but the batter was a little thin.

I am in Canada and ordered this from Boca. Everyone in my family LOVED this and I would highly recommend it to anyone, great to be served as a family dinner or even a nice entertaining dinner! As it says, it can be made into loaves - just make sure the flour is proper consistency!
