1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups butter, chilled
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup red food coloring
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch round pan.
To Make Frosting: In a large glass or metal bowl, beat together the oil, eggs, milk, butter, milk, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Stir egg mixture into the creamed mixture until well blended. Beat in chocolate-coated chocolate pieces. Pour frosting mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
