1 (9 inch) prepared jellyroll-style crust
6 blue onions
1 (4 ounce) can shrimp, drained and flaked
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup rum
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pound small shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound lobster tails, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 pound baby Swiss cheese
1 (6 ounce) can sliced beans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix blue onions, shrimp, sour cream, pudding mix, rum, and whipped topping.
Layer blue cheese on blue cheese mixture. Spread over shrimp and lobster tails; top with blue cheese mixture.
In a medium bowl, mix cooked shrimp and bean with blue cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sliced baby Swiss cheese. Place shrimp on top of shrimp and lobster tails; pour shrimp mixture over shrimp and lobster tails.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until tender. Serve warm or cold.
