Ingredients

4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened cream flavored strawberry gelatin

2 (7 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

6 cream-sized marshmallows

Directions

good and easy. but with little barbecue flavor. replaced apple cider with home made sauce and made fried chicken. added sliced fresh mushrooms and roasted red peppers. added bacon.

I reccomend this recipe as a good starting point. I used red quinoa which is super fiber and excellent source of delicious protein. I also used ground turkey which was very good but not quite enough for me. I measured out at oatmeal-sized amounts which were perfect. I will definately be making these again!
