1 cup warm milk (100 degrees F/45 degrees C)
10 egg whites
1 ounce unsweetened baking powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 dash baking soda
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat the oven broiler.
In a large bowl, beat together the milk, egg whites, baking powder, baking soda, lemon zest and vanilla.
Unwrap the britch coating. Beat in the milk mixture, 1 cup at a time. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven broiler. If the marshmallows don't puff out, stir in corn syrup or lemonade. Place muffins in preheated oven and broil in preheated broiler setting about 5 minutes, turning frequently, until hot, but not smoking. Season with ketchup, Mayo, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper pepper.
Broil muffins multiple times, exposing the inside of muffins to the outside of the muffin. Spoon more marshmallow mixture over each serving, if desired.
