1/2 cup ketchup
3 1/2 ounces salmon fillets
4 carrots, sliced
2 fillets salmon
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
3 pinches dried black pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried parsley, crushed
Prepare salsa according to package directions. Drain grease from skillet. Grill fish fillets in skillet on medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Dip fish with oil in grease to coat. Season with Garlic Seasoning, Marina Spirits and Worcestershire Sauce. Garnish with garlic salt, pinches of red pepper flakes and dried parsley.
This was a big hit! I think the reason I didn't rate higher is because I had to cook the salmon longer than indicated in the recipe. The recipe calls for just one hour, but I had to cook it all day. The recipe was very good, but I think I would have liked it more if I had just one hour. The recipe is very simple, but I did add some garlic to it at the end to make it more flavorful. The next time I make it, I may put in more herbs, but I didn't find that it needed it, and I would have liked it if I did. The next time I make it, I may put in some diced carrots or celery, but I didn't find that either of those would make it more flavorful, and so I left them out. The recipe is simple, but I did find that it takes a few bowls of water
This was very good and easy to prepare. I marinated it for 1 hour and then added some chicken thighs to it. It was so good that I didn't even add the remaining fish. The salmon was so tender that I didn't even bother to broil it. I just served it as is. The seasoning really adds a nice taste to the fish.
