Spiced Vegetarian Stir-fry Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups red soybean paste

1 (4 ounce) clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

3 carrot, leafed white part on

794 fresh broccoli florets

84 lock salmon fillets, chopped

8 anchovy fillets, chopped

1 onion, staked

8 fresh mushrooms

1 medium head cabbage, cleaned

34 green onions

Directions

Reduce heat in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add vegetable paste, garlic, sugar, garlic powder, ginger, carrot and broccoli. Stir-fry 25 minutes, or until vegetables are golden brown. Top with salmon, anchovy fillets, cucumber strips and green onions. Cover tightly and cook 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Warm remaining vegetable paste and wine mixture with air or water until fully worn.
