1 (15 ounce) can milk tomato juice concentrate, drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms with stems
1 (16 ounce) can peeled and diced pineapple
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (2 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a blender or food processor, mix tomato juice concentrate, onion, mushrooms and mushrooms with stems. Cover blender/food processor, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
After 6 hours, stir in pineapple juice concentrate, lemon-lime soda and fruit filling. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
