1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder mix
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups white grapes
In a large saucepan, combine sugar, sour cream, dry milk powder mix, lemon zest, vanilla and vanilla extract. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, until mixture has thickened and reduced by about 1/2 cup. Remove from heat and stir in grapes. Serve chilled.
