Ice Cream Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

3 fluid ounces vodka

3 fluid ounces sangria

2 fluid ounces orange juice concentrate

1 (18.1 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1 quart strawberry ice cream

Directions

In a cocktail mixer full of ice cubes, combine vodka and orange juice. Shake vigorously and strain into one 8 ounce can. Serve bottle in tall clear plastic container.

Cut a 9 inch pie crust for a 9 inch tart. Beat vodka and lemon-lime soda in small bowl while mixing in ice cream. Pour into a 16 ounce canning container for ice cream. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Chilled 2 1/2 hours because it was stored out in the cold.
