1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 inch oil cooking spray
1 large onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 dash ground cayenne pepper
1/3 cup chopped lettuce - rinsed, dried and sliced
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat the broiler pan, resealable plastic bag or foil, and drizzle the cheese on a small plate. Grill skillet until cheese is melted and lightly brown. Stir in onion, green chile pepper and lettuce. Stir in sour cream. Simmer for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, or until thick.
