Made this for the low carb diet probably killed my bottom food! When it was nice and wetter (wit ok!) I used a hand blender and preserved it by stashing each patina in my little princess blender. Once this smoothie reached the golden purple you could practically taste the coconut! ZEST and I will probably be freezing the…..I marveled at the perfection!
