3 (8 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 (3 ounce) packages powdered dry horseradish
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup water
3 large carrots - peeled and grated
2 medium onions
5 (7 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 small banana, peeled and sliced
In a large bowl, mix tomato paste, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, water and carrots. Mix well. Reserve 4 packages of carrot and onion mixture for garnish.
Stir in cream cheese, sugar, milk, lemon extract, lemon zest and banana slices. Toss finished dish with 1 package of carrot mixture and garnish with remaining package of onion mixture. Serve over fresh fruit or vegetables.
It was easy to make, just be patient with the cleaning. I used unsalted butter, almond extract, elderflower oil, plum seed and dill. Something different please! I love when a cook shows an innovation such as this and adors them for what they are.
