1 (6 ounce) package White Chocolate Dipped Slabs (e.g. White Chocolate White Chocolate Slabs)
1/3 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1/3 cup blueberry juice
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3 (1 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, juice reserved
1 pint whipping cream
2 lemons, sliced
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine lemon-lime soda and blueberry juice. Bring the mixture to a full simmer, and remove from heat. Slowly pour into a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate on the rack for 1 hour.
In a large bowl, cream together the gelatin and blueberry juice. Beat in the gelatin mixture, lemon-lime soda and crushed pineapple. Spoon whipped cream into the center of the crust and pipe lumps into the different cherries. Chill covered for approximately 1 hour before serving.
