1 pound pork spareribs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute pork for about 5 minutes in the oil, then pour in the onion, bell pepper and jalapeno pepper. Stirring to coat, cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Return pork to skillet and pour in the vegetable oil, onion, green pepper, jalapeno pepper, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.
Saute over medium heat until no longer pink and juices are clear, about 5 minutes.
Transfer ribs to a 2 quart casserole dish.
Five minutes in the blender and I had a meal! So simple and delicious!
I won't forget to save this! I got so many compliments on it and wanted to make sure they were genuine. Thanks for the recipe
I was going to make this but gave up before I'd tried it. Too time-consuming. Worst case is I'll be making this again but will look for a different cheese.
