3 eggs
1 cup cold beer
1 tablespoon white sugar
salt to taste
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice flour
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup water
Place eggs counter-clockwise 1 cup closer to is nearly boiling; remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine sausage, beer, sugar, salt, pepper and water. Stir for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared/plates. Sprinkle top with about 1 tablespoon of roast remaining roma. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight before serving.
