2 (8 ounce) cans sliced pineapple, juice reserved
2 slices orange
3 slices orange wafers
3 limes, pitted and sliced
1 pound confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place pineapple slices into a large serving bowl. Blend white sugar and pineapple juice; pour over pineapple slices to cover.
Bake refrigerated in refrigerator for several hours, or up to 8 hours. Remove pineapple and juice from pan. Allow to cool before serving.
