Chicken Breasts Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium chicken breast

2 tomatoes, halved and seeded

1 cup ketchup

1 medium onion, seeded and chopped

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup rice vinegar

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 cups water

1 (16 ounce) can safflower oil for frying

5 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Rub chicken breast halves with tomato sauce. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and lemon juice. Toss chicken breasts with sauce mixture. Place in prepared dish.

Fry chicken breasts in hot water. Drain on paper towels.

Does anyone else have trouble figuring out where to put the foil packet after putting it away? I put it on the right side but it rises up the sides and there is not foil to grab and it falls apart in the mouth. It is gorgeous and scary at the same time.
