4 eggs
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups brewed coffee drink
3 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, white sugar, oil and granulated sugar until frothy. Stir in flour, baking soda and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly. Fill and trim bottom of prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely, allow to cool completely. Spread strawberries in the center of eachcake. Drizzle frosting over the strawberries. Store in refrigerator.
