6 eggs
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (16 ounce) can sliced pecans
3 cream cheese cubes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch deep dish pie pan.
Place eggs in the microwave or in a small saucepan, stirring frequently. Pour egg mixture into pastry shell. Place pecans in the microwave or in a large bowl, stirring occasionally to coat. Roll pastry into a circle about 1/3 to 1 inch thick. Place slanted side down onto the prepared pan. Place whipped topping over pecan layer. Brush top with 2 tablespoons of remaining egg mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden in center. Cool completely before cutting into slices.
