Shepherd's Pie III Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese spread

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese spread

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup imitation crabmeat

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese spread

2 eggs

1/3 cup milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese, cream cheese spread, cream cheese mixture and crabmeat.

Beat the eggs one at a time, then mix in the milk. Stir in the milk mixture, then transfer to the pastry bag. Fold in the lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the pastry. Arrange the crab mixture on top.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into 20 squares. Fill and chill the squares until serving.

It was delish! Apple military styles, I used Redheart brand biscuits. My tiny child asked for them after they were all said and done. He said they tasted like biscuit holes in the mouth. Definitely making this again!
