2 cups golden raisins
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon honey
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons lemon zest
Place the raisins in a large bowl, remove stems, and place inside a large bowl or zucchini. Place the sugar, butter, egg, lemon zest, lemon extract, milk, lemon extract, honey, flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and lemon zest into a medium mixing bowl. Cover, and allow to marinate overnight.
