1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 pound cream cheese and onion mix
2 (10 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese mixture, and onion mixture until smooth. Shape dough into a 4 inch square; roll into a rectangle. Heat a nonstick skillet or large glass or metal cookie sheet over medium heat.
Place 1/2 pound cheese slices on a prepared cookie sheet, using dipping utensils to drizzle up sides of slices. Place 2 discs of biscuit dough on the biscuits, one disc on the bottom center and the other disc on the center of the cheese slice. Drop one disc of cream cheese mixture onto the bottom disc of biscuit dough; roll up. Repeat with remaining cheese slices and biscuits. Place remaining biscuit dough on top of cream cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight. Serve immediately.
This was really good. I tried it but emptied the bottle first. Perhaps next time I'll add more ice water. Very good and tasty.
