1 (17.5 ounce) package Hershey Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Layer the chocolate cookies evenly over the cookie sheets. Roll or pipe about 1/2 inch strips of dough around the edges of the cookies, and press holes in the sides to make indentations. Decorate with chocolate frosting, if desired.
Drop the sour cream and flour on top of the chocolate cookie strips. Brush seeds with the cocoa and sour cream mixture. Press the sugar Cookies into the cocoa and sour cream filling. Seal and store covered.
Take the time to let the chocolate dry. Refrigerate the cookies until ready to serve.
