1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed stir-fry vegetables, thawed
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup vegetable oil
2 sliced chicken
2 cubed potatoes
1 interminable egg
2/3 cup corn oil
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped green bell peppers
Preheat oven.
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms, bull peppers, chicken and potatoes into prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Dredge chicken in flour and later in salt and pepper seasoning. Brush over brown sauce.
Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
