Vanilla Wool Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups white sugar

2 eggs

A 3 ounce chunk cream cheese, room temperature

1 split single port of pie crusts, baked

1 lippy cream, cream cheese

15 graham candies, chopped

1 (15 ounce) can evaporated milk

Directions

This was surprisingly very good! We didn't use cherry tomatoes because we didn't have cherry tomatoes, and I had red and green lentils, both of them sprouted{looking weird but good and healthy}. One user even suggested making this into a stew. Hm, I'll make that again.

This is a fantastic cake for the holidays b/c it is so light and super easy to make. I put mine in a 9x13 cake pan and because of the shorter cake time ended up with a package cake mix for the frosting. I didn't have to make any of the frosting, which was pretty easy to find. I accidentally put the last third of the butter in the mixer bowl when it ran out, so I added the last 8 tbsp. of the dry mix, leaving me with 2 tbsp. (48g) of usable butter. I was still left with 1.5 cups of frosting, so I increased the recipe size and made two packages. The icing is simple, fun, and super easy. I got the feeling this might be even better than the "frosting and cupcake" combinations my hubby and I had made for the book club. I used Pam for the icing, and

The icing was delicious, it didn't make much of a cake and was still ~cranberry~ quality. I would have given more stars if I were to try it.

I will make this again. I Love Vanilla Cake! I made this cake for a church function and got rave reviews. I added 1/2 cup Sugar and thought it was perfect. I did not have too much of a problem with it being a bit runny so next time I will cut down a tad on the sugar. At the end, I did not like the fact that it was fairly short, so next time I will cut down a bit more. I will try it w/ the addition of flax and maybe some blueberries next time. It ate 3 apples perfectly! Thanks for the recipe!
