Transfer egg mixture to the electric blender or food processor or the bowl with the egg yolks. Blend the mayonnaise and lemon zest into the blender mixture. Transfer mixture to the bowl with egg yolks. Blend the marinated marinade into the blender mixture. Transfer mixture to the bowl with egg yolks. Blend the lemon zest into the mayonnaise mixture. Stir in the lemon zest and mayonnaise to form a smooth paste.
