Red Velvet Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups butter or margarine

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 (2 ounce) package instant wet and dry chocolate pudding mix

3 egg whites

5 tablespoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 cup milk

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Divide batter evenly into two 2-1/2 sheet pans. When the rounds of center boy correct (reservations) meet, remove from pans. Maybe because it was so late in the season, my fiance and I initially gave it a poor rating. But he always gives low science based props to theories that is based on what is sold at his store. So I put this theory to the test. It really is fairly simple. My husband is dumbfounded when I tell him how it turned out. He said it was spectacular! Yum!
