1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 cup sweetened lemonade
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest dried marmalade
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, peaches, pudding mix, peaches, orange juice concentrate and lemonade. Beat in the eggs, lemon zest and lemon zest. Mix in the lemon extract, milk and lemon extract. Stir in the lemon juice concentrate, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Shape into 30 to 45 small pies. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm.
