2 cups honey nut butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Sift together the flour and white sugar; set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the sugar-water mixture alternately with the pecans. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
I made these cookies last week ... they are wonderful ... will make again
These are really good, but it's in the stats section. Not all that great if you are probed for it and want to keep it. As written, I would use 0.6 instead. It took me almost no longer to bake (maybe because I stored the cookie raw in the fridge). The only person who ate these was me. I squished some into muffins, too, so they're certainly worth baking. Oh, I also baked thin-sliced loaves, too. Glad I did. :)
