1 cup kale
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/8 teaspoon coarse salt
1 (4 ounce) can tomato juice
In a large bowl, combine kale, Swiss cheese, butter, flour, egg and coarse salt. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

If you do not have fresh mushrooms, peel and chop. Cut into pieces and stir into kale mixture.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Remove foil from plastic bags. Place a large bowl into the center of a corner of the envelope, gently pressing edges together. Beat egg, salt, tomato juice and remaining 1/3 cup flour into the bowl. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Brush tops and sides with egg wash, if desired. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Serve immediately to warm, if desired.
