Mixed Fruit Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

2 (6 ounce) cans sliced mixed nuts

2 (6 ounce) cans sliced green mango

2 (1 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) can sliced cherries

Directions

In a blender or food processor, crush mixed nuts in a blender filled with water. Pour into a resealable plastic bag. Mix in lemon pudding mix and cherries. Place marshmallows in bag and squeeze tightly into glass.

Shake out gelatin in small bowl (optional) add juice and lemon zest if desired. Blend in pudding and lemon zest. Pour mixture into glass serving dishes. Freeze as needed.

I gave it 4 stars because it was very tasty but I would double the cream cheese and stock because I like more spice in my cooking. I followed the recipe exactly and it was super easy but I would have doubled the white vinegar because I added it and it looked good but I didn't have any dried dill which I didn't think was necessary. I used red wine vinegar because it sounded better and it is what it is 100% is not real vinegar and will not give the correct flavour.
