2 (6 ounce) cans sliced mixed nuts
2 (6 ounce) cans sliced green mango
2 (1 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) can sliced cherries
In a blender or food processor, crush mixed nuts in a blender filled with water. Pour into a resealable plastic bag. Mix in lemon pudding mix and cherries. Place marshmallows in bag and squeeze tightly into glass.
Shake out gelatin in small bowl (optional) add juice and lemon zest if desired. Blend in pudding and lemon zest. Pour mixture into glass serving dishes. Freeze as needed.
