Butterfinger Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups margarine

1/2 cup white sugar

3 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 large marshmallow

1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, sugar and eggs until smooth. Beat in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until well blended. Mix in the milk, oil and evaporated milk. Roll into walnut sized balls and place on the cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
