Cookie sheets or paper towels
0.9 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1/4 fluid ounce cranberry juice
1/4 fluid ounce raspberry liqueur
Cut out a large piece of cookie sheet plastic wrap, wrap tightly and place both sides up onto cookie sheet. And rotate the cookies. Crimp edges of the sheet together.
Lightly oil cookie sheet (use 7- or 8-inch pan for larger cookies).
Line cookie sheet with juice sheets. Combine lemon-lime soda (Raspberry Liqueur) and cranberry juice; gently mix. Press the mixture onto the texture of the cookie sheet, 1 to 4 1/2 inches deep. The flavor should be sweet enough to swallow. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Cool slowly on baking sheet until chocolate browns. Drain on paper towels. Brush top and bottom of cookie sheet with water. Chill gently in refrigerator; place on wire rack. Cover tightly with foil. Refrigerate until firm before cutting into squares.
