1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 quart vegetable oil for frying
Plop the whipping cream into bowls. Beat sugar and vanilla extract in small bowl until well blended.
Bake in a 10x15 inch waxed paper square pan at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Pour the milk over the cream, and mix all together. Fry in oil until lightly golden. Drain on paper towels.
