8 slices bacon, diced
2 tablespoons butter
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups sliced cranberries
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain bacon grease. Cook bacon, butter, corn, onion and celery in bacon grease until bacon is crispy.
Stir cranberries and almonds into cooked bacon. Serve warm or cold.
