Yogurt Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

2 cups white sugar

4 cups vegetable oil

1 cup chopped onions

3 cups parmesan

4 egg whites

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon light cream

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded Jell-O Oreo

Directions

Preheat the oven broiler.

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and onions. Stir in parmesan and egg whites. Combine cream cheese and lemon juice and stir into eggs mixture. Mix with hands until smooth. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue baking for 10 minutes to prevent sticking. Remove pan from oven, and cool completely. Serve warm.

I used white grape juice; all that gloop goes straight from the bottle! It doesn't taste so good, but it was super easy. It was also WAY too sweet. Way too sweet! This is not for everyone, so maybe next time i will reduce the sugar as much as possible, and also add a stevio -- I added a teaspoon of vanilla and let it steep for a few minutes, and it turned out great.
