2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Italian-style seasoning salt
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon celery juice
In a medium bowl, mix both Worcestershire sauce and Italian-style seasoning salt. Place horseradish and celery juice in a separate bowl. Place horseradish garlic on prepared steaks. Discard after steaks are cold.
