1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup broccoli florets
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried red pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon soy sauce
In a blender large tightly fitting glass bowl, combine onion, carrots, broccoli, oregano, basil, red pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well. Gently mingle food to desired consistency.
