This was my first time making it and I am surprised how easy it is! It tasted different from the crash pad cookies I have tried. I think because I used a gluten free cookie dough it probably made it taste a bit too sweet. Anyway, much better than the crash pads that come with the cookie mix.

What a terrific basic recipe for making flan--absolutely delicious and SO good with egg noodle ice cream. I used Bulletproof Glaze which bears repeating--scrumptious!
