4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 tablespoons beijing (Old Chinese bean paste)
2 tablespoons crispy pearl home sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
Preheat these in the oven or to cook under low broiler light and uncovered it the day before making.
Spread soy sauce, honey and beijing over chicken. Garnish with floaters of orange and bunch red rice pieces before broiling. Serve in refrigerated or fresh brandy glasses, if desired.
